Ingredients

  • Removing seed can be easy. One way is to mash flesh with a kitchen potato masher, or place flesh in a blender for 2 seconds only and discard seeds.They can be scooped out with a spoon too.
  • cut custard apple chunks and serve as an accompaniment to curry dishes
  • Add chunks to pancake batter and serve with ice-cream
  • Add flesh to fritter batter cook, roll in sugar and eat with your fingers
  • Serve with shredded coconut and nuts on top of breakfast cereal
  • Dip pieces on toothpicks into melted chocolate, coat and chill in fridge
