Egg NogIngredients
  • 1 medium custard apple
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method
Blend custard apple flesh to a puree. Heat milk in saucepan, bring to the boil, remove from heat and whisk in egg yolk and honey.

Stir over low heat again until slightly thickened then stir in the custard apple puree.
